        New to the area .. Looking to schedule a physical .. Receptionist notes first appointment is to establish medical history .. and then would need second appointment for a physical. Seems odd but okay.. Asks for issues I'm having and then begrudgingly attempts to make me an appointment .. But decides she needs to first put me on hold .. And never comes back. First impressions matter. Thankfully there's a ton of other facilities without such nonsense. Shouldn't be that difficult to schedule a physical. Guess they want that double dip on the insurance claim. Can't blame them but my time is valuable and this place, on first look, is all about submitting claims. No thanks!
