I broke several bones in 2023. I came to Phoenix based on a recommendation from my skilled nursing rehab social worker. I started with a walker (and I am young), graduated to a cane, then began walking on my own, and now I am able to get back to my "normal" activities (even jogging). The staff is just so personable and caring that I am now in the Phoenix Fit program. I am motivated to continue my recovery as I love the staff. I've learned that the key is to continue a good exercise routine, otherwise, the pain comes back! Thank you Horsham Phoenix Team, you are all amazing!!!

The Phoenix PT team was terrific!! I came to Phoenix for therapy on an Achilles tendon injury. I worked with Danielle, Richelle and Nick. They were all very knowledgeable and caring. and took special interest in seeing that my situation improved. And my situation did improve! I give great credit to all of them for identifying the best exercises and for pushing me to get better. Thank you, thank you.

Why Phoenix? With a plethora of PT options in the area, like you, I sought reviews to aid my decision. This may be lengthy, but its worth the read when it comes to the importance of improving your mind and body, so I hope it helps: Perusing Phoenixs countless positive remarks, I decided to give them a try, despite there being other establishments with slightly closer proximities. This wasnt my first PT rodeo, and previous experiences had been less than favorable. The main reason being that I felt lost among the abundance of fellow rehabbers with the same time slot as me, and clinicians barely remembered my name let alone my purpose or goals. Theyve always felt like a factory. Not at Phoenix! Upon arrival on day 1, I was met with enthusiasm and a hands-on approach. Nick was thorough in his initial evaluation, asking thoughtful questions and sought to discover the root cause(s) of my rehab needs. I mentioned my disappointments with previous rehab centers and he assured me that Phoenixs M.O. was to limit the amount of patients per time slot to achieve a more personalized experience. I was skeptical, but figured it was worth a shot. He wasnt kidding! During my approximately 2.5 months working with both Nick and Richelle, their approaches were professional, knowledgeable, adaptive, enthusiastic, positive, and perceptive. They collaborated in my plan and were always up to speed with where I was in the process. They shifted my routine a few times as more insights were gleaned from my performance/responsiveness to treatment. It was also a way to avoid feeling like I was stuck in a boring cycle or they were just going through the same trite motions they would with anyone. It was data-driven and perceptive for the better. Everything was explained in an easily digestible way (for those like me who want to know the why instead of just the do it because.) I should also mention that their internal goal is to get rid of youin the best possible way! Theyre not trying to keep you lingering around collecting your money or spending your time. The idea is to build up your own knowledge and comfortability to establish a future home program when the time is right. The exit strategy is key because it allows you to set and maintain goals. I never felt pressured to do something that was uncomfortable. It felt more like an unofficial challenge to be better and to get better - and they were my biggest fans. As the weeks flew by (pun intended), my improvements were noticeable, unlike with other places. I was gaining confidence and the idea I was getting BETTER was a previously foreign feeling. It never felt cookie-cutter and I also observed different techniques for varying clientele, catering to various personalities and abilities in the best possible way. Everyone is greeted with a friendliness that makes you feel part of the team, but the expectations are still set that youre there to improve, however possible for you as an individual. If youve gotten this far in the review, I hope its been conveyed that Phoenix isnt like other places and youll truly work hard behind the confidence and encouragement of experienced professionals whose selfless main focus is YOU. I came to Phoenix as a wounded bird with little hope of a new start. Nick and Richelle helped me realize that with a little trust in the process and maximum effort on my end, I could rise from the ashes and soar to new possibilities (sorry, I couldnt resist). I wholeheartedly recommend Phoenix to any one of any age or ability. You wont regret it.
