I can't believe how many tenants use that fire door daily, yet nobody repots it was not closing. Perhaps they don't know that if a fire broke out this door being closed could potentially save their life.

Everyone who wants to live with mice and cockroaches is welcome! Worst service and attitude towards residents! The manager doesn't care about your problems at all. In this community you have to pay for absolutely everything without getting decent service in return. The heating works very poorly in winter! Don't come here if you respect yourself and your health.

Useless staff, rude manager who doesn't want to do anything, can't find a basic solution to the problem. There are no deadlines for repairs; when asked how to solve the problem, the answer is do what you want. The most expensive rent in the area, the entrance is dirty and always stinks. I dont recommend living here; when I moved in, one of the residents said dont mess with them, I should have listened to him. Zero stars!!!!

SUMMER: There is trash found outside nonstop. It constantly floods. There is literally a drain that is DRAINING water causing a pool of it to gather right outside of the patio. Some random person parked their car right behind mine and was not even in a parking spot. They were even blocking the drive way in the complex. I made the right people aware and it took hours to have this person move their vehicle not to mention my car was parked up against the curb. The pool seems to be closed a lot. It was closed 4th of July for a couple days due to no chlorine and now closed again due to no chlorine. You pay amenity fees here and rent is very very expensive for this complex. Hot water was shut off due to work needing to be done and its been turned back on and the water is dirty and yellow. I let it run for approximately 15 minutes straight on hot and the water has not changed in clarity not to mention the work was 6 hours ago. Had to give 1 star because there is not an option for 0. Thoroughly read everyone elses reviews as you will see a pattern regarding specific, unpleasant and inconvenient things. UPDATES FALL/WINTER: we moved to another apartment at Hillbrook place. Nothing but issues have been occurring. Rent is raising. They charge you double for utilities depending how many people live there. Its also based on the size of your apartment. Never in my life have I heard of that when it comes to utilities such as w/s/g. The original property manager left here and it has gone downhill. There is dog dirt EVERYWHERE. The dog park is filled with it to the point where its so unsanitary especially if you have young children. There are other apartments in the area that are cheaper and better. Also they now charge amenity fees MONTHLY ($70) which total approximately $840 EXTRA a year instead of the $100 renewal yearly. There are no cameras in the back buildings. People sleep in the stairwell that dont live here. They nod off with lit cigarettes and also put them out on the carpets. The stairwell carpet is burned beyond belief and it smells horrible as my apartment is right next to it. Around 3am one morning I found approximately 5 cigarettes lying in the stairwell. If ghetto isnt your cup of tea I would recommend looking elsewhere and if it is then this is your perfect place to experience it first hand. It is very noisy here. Another thing is you will not find a parking spot at night if you work evening shift leaving it very unsafe due to the fact that they only have cameras pointing at the entrance. People park their cars taking up 2 spots so they can save it for someone else. Also, cars are vandalized left and right. Got woken up one morning to someone chasing a man out of here after he already smashed approximately 4 car windows on different vehicles here and the worst part is there arent cameras to see who it was. UPDATE: SIR, its inconsistent because the first review was written over Summer. ATTACHED is a photo of the trash outside our building AGAIN on March 7th 2024. You cant make a silk purse out of a sows ear. Let these photos be proof on how the new property manager runs this place Update 3/9/2024: Morgan properties, I see you changed your original comment on my review as you probably realized it was very unprofessional as well arguing that I was stating inconsistencies which is not something you want to post public about your tenants.
