Had to pick up a part for a machine they had the part in stock got it to me very fast a little pricey but overall a good experience and staff was friendly

As a truck driver delivering here, I will say that this place has to be one of the most confusing places I've ever been to in my nearly 40 years as a truck driver. And that's saying a lot. It isn't just me who thinks so. Every other driver I met this morning said pretty much the same thing, including a local XPO driver who delivers here regularly. I got here, and the guard told me to check on at the "trailer at the 4th drive". Well, that was wrong, to start with, but I figured that out myself, almost immediately. When I drove past several trucks apparently waiting in line, I asked someone, and was told I needed to be on the other side of the building. So I drove around to the other side of the building and went in. The guy over there sent me to the office. The guy in the office sent me to an adjacent office. That guy said, "You need to be at the dock on the other side of the building. The exact opposite side of the building." That led me back to where I started from. The XPO driver I previously mentioned called before he came, and was told to unload at the spot I ended up at, and while we waited, he was told to go unload at the side I initially went to. What a mess!!! They absolutely should have a central receiving location, to start with. They could direct trucks to other locations from there, if needed. And seeing that this place has detailed directional signs directing their customers to the right location... How difficult would it be to have a set of signs directing truck traffic?
