Worst service, previous owner was very good, new owner will not return your calls, and staff is unable to answer many of your questions. time to find a new agent.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY. My agent sold her book of business to this guy and i was not notified of the change. Farmers was hard to deal with in the first place, and became a nightmare when kwityn took over. I had homeowners and wanted to quickly bundle home and cars on sept 20. After business hours he emailed my policy needed for next day transaction and the policy was riddled with errors, including gross misspelling of my name, making the POI unacceptable for my transaction. I scrambled to get a timely policy elsewhere. I dropped Kwityn and spoke to a person in his office on 111120, advising cancel my policy effective 111220. She cancelled it effective 111120 and i am still dealing with new carrier and mortgage carrier re 24 hour lapse in coverage. I have all notes taken during this debacle, confirming error on kwityn side. Have excellent credit a pay in full annually. Kwityn also is not product knowledgeable, when I questioned his high quote, he found he Checked the wrong box...there were a few reasons that his efforts were questionable and i felt manipulated. His office is a mess and Farmers hides behind their website. They charge $2.50 a quarter for paper billing, which is also bogus! Don't even bother or you'll be more than bothered by them!
