I came in to get my glasses fixed after multiple failed attempts at Americas best. The woman I spoke to on the phone Saturday at 5pm was incredibly helpful. Im currently in store waiting for them to be fixed and whether or not they can I want to say that every member went above and beyond with assisting both myself and the customers which came in store during that time. Just based off of customer service they have my business from here on out

Both optometrists at the Bensalem location were friendly, clearly explained everything, and were very thorough. Dr. Goldenberg even went so far as to give my 8 year old daughter a pep talk as she started crying when she heard she needed glasses. Dr. Patel and I had a good conversation about diabetes and diet and how age affects vision. The staff in the store were friendly and helpful and double-checked to make sure using my vision insurance over self pay garnered me the most savings. This is my second time going back in as many years, and I've been very happy with both visits.
