        This is my third year with Jackson Hewitt and it's all because of John Russo at your cottman avenue location. His knowledge of taxes is excellent. He's friendly, professional and always answers my many questions. I feel very comfortable with john and that's important to me. As long as John is with your company, I will be a faithful customer. He's worth his weight in gold. Thank you John.

        Terrible place, I wont be back. I had a basic federal salary. The man doing my taxes was clueless and they charged me 500 dollars for two state taxes and one federal. Nerve. I used this same company last year and the charge was 230. Rip off! A friend of mine did same thing and got 100 dollar discount this year for returning. Our appointment were same day and different locations. I did not get the discount . Place is a scam.
