David Eaton from Stanley Laman has called multiple times/sent letters trying to contact our owner who does not want to speak with him, nor anyone who is cold calling. Was extremely rude when I told him I would not put him through to the owner since I had gathered it was a sales call of sorts. Very unprofessional and unwise to call a business and argue with the person who answers the phone to get you through to the person you'd like to speak with.

I feel that some of these 5 star reviews are paid for. For example look at the attached screenshot of John Kline who is an SEO contractor who is employed by the company he is reviewing? Sounds like a clear conflict of interest and an attempt to skew a company's reviews up. I feel from my experience with the firm that they cold call too much even when your on a NO CALL LIST, and they have had poor performance coupled with huge employee turnover leading to overall poor client experience.
