Mrs. RuthAnn was referred to me by a very close friend of mine. Everything he promised she would provide for me is exactly what I've been given. Mrs. Ruthann has always communicated very well. I worked with RuthAnn to get my health insurance up and running after living in France for 20 years. So much of the Affordable Care Act was was unfamiliar to me after having lived abroad for so long. RuthAnn is the consummate professional, and guided me slowly through everything I needed to understand. She is extremely knowledgeable about insurance, and her response rate is fast!
