        I had a wonderful experience at Embark. All of the staff was amazing but I especially connected with my therapist Jessica Moore. She was able to challenge me in ways that were so crucial to my overall growth and journey with my mental health. I am grateful that I was able to have such an amazing experience at embark. I would not have been able to make so much progress if it wasn't for Jess and everything she taught me. I graduated from the program in May of 2023 and I still use all the skills I was taught and reach out to my supports when I need them. I love embark!!!

      Embark at Main Line is a behavioral health center in Berwyn, Pennsylvania that offers outpatient mental health services and support for troubled pre-teens, teens, and young adults, ages 12-25, struggling with mental illnesses and/or substance use issues.Our outpatient program, a short drive from beautiful Philadelphia, allows your family to get the help they need locally, in your own community and includes individual, group, and family therapy as well as therapeutic / peer mentoring and parent coaching. Troubled teens enrolled in our day-patient clinic are provided with a healing, nurturing, and safe environment to overcome illnesses such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder.
