SureStay Lehigh Valley Hotel

Police perusing the parking lot at the wee hours of the morning. Reassuring to see them, but also makes you worry about outside safety... Food & drinks: Great breakfast!

What a dump! Room was filthy, uncleaned, as far as I could tell. Hairs in the tub, boogers wiped on the toilet. Furniture was dirty, gross. Ceiling was blackened with what I assumed was mold. Worst room of all the Best Westerns we stayed in, on our 17 day road trip. Sure Stay? Surely I will never stay there again. Rethinking our use of the chain! Rooms: Peeling paint, unclean r.

This is a value hotel, it is not the establishment you bring family to, and it is filthy. The bed was covered in short curly hair, there was evidence of things that looked like bed bugs, and the bathroom floor was literally disgusting... crusted with moldy material. We booked a room to re-boot mid-day, and we ended up leaving and napping in the car. The car was cleaner and safer. Safety: I have felt safer in shark cages.

I was here for an event happening in the hotel, the place is a disaster don't go here. I learned after the owner is purposely letting the hotel slip into disarray to get it demolished. The heating didn't work right, and the rooms had an odd smell. The smoke detectors were beeping our room, and the smoke detector was wrapped in plastic. They did not have enough staff to hold a big event. Roof fell in on a vendor in one of the ball rooms. Just stay away.
