        I can see why they have high ratings! I had a fantastic experience! Great, friendly service even when Google was about to replace my phone and they had already ordered a replacement motherboard. Google was taking a long time to send the other phone. More details: I had a frustrating experience with my Pixel 8 Pro randomly disconnecting from the cellular network after 4 months. I tried changing SIMs and changed to an eSiM, but it didn't work. A restart would fix the problem temporarily. I did that for a month. A factory reset was required by Google before proceeding further. That didn't work either. My motherboard was replaced and my phone has been working like new again. Hopefully it doesn't happen again. I have no idea what caused it. I've heard rumors that the modem chips in the new Tensor processors (Samsung Exynos 5300) are not great so maybe this is why.
