I googled Workmans Comp attorneys near Hanover Pa. This is the first company that came up. I sent an email on Saturday night and was called back in minutes. It was John Frommer. We talked briefly about my case and agreed to meet at Panera in Camp hill. I was nervous about the whole process. He wasnt pushy at all. My company was denying my workmans comp after giving me the run around for 11 months. Being single I continued to work with the injury.... I was terrified of losing my livelihood. We went to court shortly after that and I was awarded workmans comp. I had rotator cuff surgery a few months later. The surgery was unsuccessful and eventually I was terminated from my job. John was very upfront about what could happen throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the workers comp laws and knows the judges and other attorneys in the area. We finally settled the case via conference call on March 26,2020 during the covid -19 pandemic. He is honest and worked for what was in my best interest.
