        I had my truck "detailed" at Elite last week as per a Groupon deal. It was supposed to be the best package that they offered. They didn't buff or wax the roof at all. Nothing was done with the engine compartment. The windows have streaks ALL over...they were 10 times cleaner BEFORE the detail. The carpet looks like it was quickly shampoo'd...plenty of spots missed. There is wax that was never wiped off all over the exterior of my truck. They had the truck ALL day...and I was in no rush to get it back. There is no excuse for this mediocre detail job. I used the Groupon to find out what kind of work Elite did so I could possibly bring my truck there for all of my detailing needs. There is no way I will ever return and I am telling everyone that asks to stay away. I could have easily done a better job myself.
