        They never refunded me my security deposit. Were on three weeks an I still have yet to receive it after two calls.

        Me and my family decided to stay here for a few night because we are moving. They said my family was being to loud when no one was being loud. When we decided to pack up and find another place to stay. They calles the police on us saying we were not leaving the premise. When we all were in our cars. Would never stay here again.

        OK but better local alternatives. Stayed here recently (Wyndham Member). First impression when walking into lobby was not great. Front desk is completely surrounded by plexiglass with a small slot to pass paperwork (they also require a copy of your driver's license for some reason). Room was fine (with an actual wall thermostat for temp control) but noted some pretty noisy tenants when in the hallway. Also lighting for back end of front parking lot (facing Lowes) was turned off or not working. For about an extra Jackson there are better local alternatives that serve a real breakfast, are walkable to food and shopping and don't give you that inner city vibe (in the lobby). 3.5 stars
