Friendly neighbors and great place to raise a family! A lot of neighborhood activities - food trucks, Easter egg hunt, block parties, lemonade stands to name a few. Safe streets with a hometown feel. Always a friendly atmosphere. School district is one of the bests!

We have lived in Chamberlin Ridge for almost 10 years. We have been very happy with the developers, the homebuilder and the neighborhood. The developers really care about building a good community and were so helpful throughout the entire building process and beyond. We highly recommend Chamberlin Ridge.

Chamberlin Ridge is a five star upscale plan of homes that has met all of our expectations and then some. From our initial discussion with developer John Thatcher through planning our home with Jeff Costa and his homebuilding team, my family and I were completely at ease and satisfied. We've watched phases three and four to completion and expect the final phase of nine lots to reflect the quality of the plan of homes that all Chamberlin Ridge neighbors have built thus far.
