Let me start by saying they are well stocked excellent prices ignorant people they need new management if you guys have security then let them do their jobs don't have two people at the door when you enter and exit the door on each side of the door as if this is some sort of a third world country this is horrible this makes you intimidated and this makes you not want to shop at this location you guys have security walking around viewing people on the camera why do you need them at the doors on both sides of you and these people are just as ignorant and rude as they can be they are horrible rummage through your bags examine your receipt as if they have your passport in their hands I feel violated not to mention they don't have any face mask on they don't wear gloves and I am really scared to even go back into that situation because covid is still in effect it hasn't gone anywhere it's just subsided these people should not be touching people's personal products that they just paid for and then sticking their faces in your basketfurthermore they have a line all the way around the corner for people to leave you're not permitted to leave unless they check your basket and receipt this is horrible it's just a poor system that they have and it needs to be revamped they have to come up with a better way I'm totally disappointed at this location and I'll tell you something they don't have to worry about me coming back there until they get their acts together they need to do something about people at that door using profanity also that was a big issue as well using profanity and speaking loud and obnoxiously I was just standing there listening to a yuck mouth and it was just a horrible experience I had my grandson and my granddaughter there and I literally had to walk them and tell them to get the keys and get in the car it was horrible you people really need to do something there

Now charging $6.99 fee if you place an order for pick up at the store under $35. Really? And you have to make a reservation to pick up during a specific one hour window. Does not work for me.

Workers taking hard to find hot wheels items from the boxes for resale elsewhere. Customers cant find and/or buy the items. Obviously tolerated by management. Never shopping there again.
