Spring Creek Apartments

We love it here! My daughter and i have been tenants for almost a year and love it. Maintenance is top notch and i love the area. Such friendly staff and a beautiful club house. The summers are great with the pool a d hot tub. A great place to be apart of. :)

The maintenance team was fantastic! All maintenance requests were handled efficiently and professionally, and I can't say enough good things about them. However, the apartment itself and the management team were awful. The apartment reeked of curry during move-in, was dirty (despite the seemly strict cleanliness rules at move-out stated in the lease), and the hallways reeked of weed most days. Sometimes my bathroom smelled like weed as well, which could be due to how the ventilation system worked? Suzanne and Anne specifically were rude, disorganized, and lacked communication skills amongst themselves and with their tenants. I was in Texas on an unexpected work trip at the time of move-out, so my roommate handled the move-out inspection. First of all, the inspectors didn't arrive at our scheduled time that we had submitted 2-weeks in advance and got approved by them, so my roommate stood in the apartment waiting for them for over 30 minutes before she had to leave to go back to work. Since I thought I'd be back from my trip before move-out, I had my keys on me, and the leasing office ladies were so nice initially and let me mail back my keys. Anne said it wasn't a problem to mail them back to my apartment address and she would communicate with Suzanne the situation and they would "take care of it". They did not take care of it and sent rude texts blaming me instead of their lack of communication and for making agreements to help us that they could not deliver on. If they had told me that I needed to turn in my keys in-person, I would have been okay with them taking the cost out of my security deposit, but them agreeing to help me and my roommate figure out this unideal situation and then going back on their word is the most bothersome. In short, between the management office's disorganization and trouble communicating, dirty/smelly apartment, and the stench of weed in the hallways, I would not recommend anyone to move into Spring Creek.

5 stars to the Maintenance team. Woke up early and smelled burning and realized it was coming from the water heater closet. Checked around and saw nothing out of the ordinary. Put in a maintenance request right away. I'm retired so I'm glad I was home when this happened. Usually, I'm off to work by this time. Maintenance came 1st thing in the morning. They noticed that by this short period there were flames coming from the heating element & quickly shut off the electricity to the system. They replaced the water heater right then. They told me how lucky I was that I recognized the problem right away. This building could have had a major fire today. This maintenance team is great. I love living here.

Great neighborhood , peaceful and quite , always excellent service from both management and maintenance teams .

This is totally a peaceful society. The staff of leasing office is very helpful and efficient. The maintenance services are good.
