The worst office I have ever dealt with. I called to make an appointment for an upper respiratory infection. They would not see me but said they would call me with an `online appointment. Never heard from them again. Ended up going to urgent care where I got great treatment.

Dr Flom is competent, responsive and genuinely well meaning. Shes very detailed compassionate and studious. She isnt imtimidated by data or medical complexities but is also compassionate enough to be patient with you if you dont understand them, get frusttated, or have more questions. Her humility hard work and compassion are what makes her easy to trust; it gives her advisement more weight than a single demonstration of smarts. It is also worth noting, given her education and history , that she is able to demonstrate whenever. Beyond this she is very accessible through portal messaging which is great if you have a scattered mind, lose track of specific questions or concerns or just have too many to organize. Id reccomend this doctor.

Absolutely love this doctor. I have had an awful time finding a new PCP because of Covidlife and this practice was able to accept new patients and get me in within a week. Dr. Flom is wonderful. Im truly thankful!!
