        Horrible service. I've been waiting two weeks for my couch replacement. The two delivery guys weren't really capable of carrying the sectional. They dropped it numerous times ,breaking it. I called Sarah, and James of New Castle location, but no further response. I'm not paying on March third two hundred more dollars. I'm done with this

        Called the store yesterday to see what was taking so long. They had delivery set up for a week later then when we wanted the contract started and never called to even confirm the date or time frame for a delivery but claim they did. Now we are owed an extra week with no payment needed.

        They took the payment for two weeks.Then they called my wife after I received the confirmation and thanks for the payment.They said they only received part of the payment.I am done dealing with them.I have been a customer for 30 plus years ,bought many items here and used to give good reviews.Gone down hill. Second time they screwed up with auto pay
