I have been seeing Hailey for almost a year now. She has helped me greatly. I get a full check up each and every time I am there. She explains everything to me. And tells me what to look for. I send may messages via portal and for the most part they are getting back to me timely. They have helped me and my health issues.

Dr Charlton and his staff are nothing short of 5 stars they are so compassionate, helpful and caring. Ive seen Hailey Vroman as well and was very happy with the care I received. She was very thorough and answered all my questions . Ive been a patient for many years and am very pleased.

Don't waste your time. They'll continually change your appoinment and have you waiting around for months only to change your appoinment again. I waited several months to be seen in May and now that it's almost May have been told they'll see me in November. What a waste of time when I could have been seeking treatment elsewhere.

Worst doctor I have ever seen I would rate him 0 stars if I could. My Psoriatic Arthritis went untreated for 4 years while I was seeing Dr. Charlton. I spent 4 years absolutely MISERABLE because I was misdiagnosed by him. He instead diagnosed me with fibromyalgia and hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. (I would also like to note that he came to this conclusion with absolutely NO IMAGING WHATSOEVER ON ANY OF MY JOINTS!! My new rheumatologist was shocked when she learned this and took a bunch of X-rays my very first visit.) While Dr. Charltons diagnoses explain a few of my symptoms, they do not explain the rashes, the constant fever, the oral ulcers, and SO MANY OTHER symptoms I tried to discuss with him to no avail. He just seemed to pick and choose which of my symptoms he wanted to address while completely ignoring others. At one point I distinctly remember asking him if we could look into testing me for a seronegative inflammatory arthritis because all of my symptoms matched up, and he told me no because he thought I didnt fit the profile. I KNEW there was something else wrong that we werent addressing and he brushed it off as just anxiety. He was partially right my new doctors agree about the hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome diagnosis. However, if Dr. Charlton would have bothered to do some research about my condition, he would have learned that having hEDS increases your risk of developing an autoimmune disease. Weird how I didnt fit the profile. I spent all 4 years of college, what was supposed to be the most fun time in my life, in severe pain every single day because Dr. Charlton could not just shut up and LISTEN to me. I think my Psoriatic Arthritis must have been quite obvious considering how quick my new rheumatologist was to suggest it as a possibility. She literally brought it up on my very first visit within minutes of meeting me. I have no idea how he missed it. There are plenty of rheumatologists around Pittsburgh that actually know what theyre doing. Go see one of them instead and save yourself the time, money, and suffering.
