I was in here over the weekend with my niece so she could get a new pair of uggs. The young man who helped us was very kind and polite and extremely helpful with getting everything that my niece needed. Great customer service at this location.

Went back to school shopping with my two daughters. Store was empty when we came in. The one woman working was on a personal phone call the entire time we were in the store. We had shoes in our hands, waiting for her so we could try them on. Another family walks in - she immediately goes over to get shoe after shoe for them while still on the phone without saying a word to us or attempting to help. Can't actually believe how rude this person was to completely ignore us - we put the shoes down, and walked out - never to return.

Was in store and manager said they had the shoe i wanted. Came out and started helping another customer. I waited. Then he came out again and said he didnt think they have them and told me to look in the other 4 shoe stores in the mall.

refuses to accept returns for shoes you just bought the day before despite having a "one-year return policy."
