I have used Frankford for the past 5 years but things changed dramatically this past year. One of the partners (apparently the good one) left this past year and what's left are people who don't respond to repeated voicemails and emails. Nevermind the multiple mistakes that happened with my taxes this past year. I would suggest finding literally anyone else.

Horrible, they kept my tax work for months and then just stopped answering all methods and forms of communication all downhill since the partner left. Unreliable. Weve been with them, for 6 years. Theyve done my parents taxes for years and even our sons never again! Still havent gotten a 1040X that we paid for filed.
