Jarman Air Conditioning is amazing from start to finish. Bob, Mike and Ron conducted themselves professionally and courteously. They answered my questions completely. Mike came by in person to measure and help me choose the right unit for me providing me with a prompt and fair estimate. Delivery/installation were provided quickly. I found the team to be knowledgable, skilled and competent and they took care with the installation, leaving the area totally clean upon completion. Before the guys left they reviewed the instruction/ care booklets to ensure that I would know what to do when they left. I totally recommend Jarmen. I recommend Jarman without hesitation.

I didn't expect I'd leave a review, but Jarman's service was outstanding. Their representative, Ron, installed my new A/C just the way I wanted and explained how it works with patience and professionalism. Highly recommended.

I'm not big on giving reviews or references. That said, when a company goes above and beyond, not to do so would be negligent of me. First, I've alway had central air. I moved into a condo and needed through the wall AC units and was referred Jarman. Bob took hours over several phone calls and educated me on AC units. How not to oversize the unit (BTU's), installation among a myriad of other issues I should consider. Never any pressure to purchase. I had two units installed yesterday. His installers are extremely qualified and did an excellent job. Professional is an understatement. At the very least, I recommend that you talk with Bob before going anywhere else. He knows his business and is willing to educate you on what you need. If I could give his company 10 stars, I would. Service: Install AC

For anyone in the market for an air conditioner, I recommend Jarman Sales & Service. It is a family-owned business specializing in air conditioners. I called and told them what I wanted, three Friedrich air conditioners for my apartment, and they had them in stock. Mike and Bob, who work in the office, explained their procedures, and I was called in advance when someone was coming to assess the job. Ron came out to see what was needed. Then, on the day of installation, Ron and Anthony showed up on time and immediately went to work, removing the old air conditioners, thoroughly cleaning the wall sleeves, and ensuring the sleeves were sealed so there would be no drafts. They brought their cleaning materials with them, including drop cloths so that when they were finished there was no trace work had been done. Removal of the old air conditioners was included in the cost. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and answered all the questions I had. They are professionals who know their business. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

My air conditioner installation looks great. The installers were professional and friendly. I will definitely use Jarman again for any air conditioner needs.
