        Keith promptly returned my call, scheduled an appointment within the next 24-48 hours, called in advance of his arrival as discussed, arrived when expected, figured out the A/C malfunction mystery, fixed it, topped off the refrigerant, wrote it up, took my check, and shook my hand. I wish every interaction with a skilled tradesman were so effortless! He warned me he'll probably retire soon but I'll continue using him until then and you should too. Service: A/C system vent cleaning
