UDR Management is a complete and utter joke. I recently found out my neighbor has been complaining about the filthy windows on our unit and I laughed because I've inquired numerous times, only to be told it's being taken care of and that was over a year ago. Also, don't be fooled by a reply you may see on here from one of their staff either, that's just fake empathy for appearance sake. I feel like a kid before Christmas waiting for this lease to end. UDR is trash and I only left a star because I had to, so do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.

I would NOT recommend living here. I regret that I chose this place and will be moving. Most recent issue (but its ALWAYS something) is that I had multiple leaks in my ceiling. My first report of the leak to maintenance/management was 19 months ago. Maintenance painted over the leak multiple times. Last week the maintenance manager Vinny told me he planned to paint it over again. They clearly could care less about the building or residents. I complained that its been over a year and should be looked at not painted (doesnt take a genius ). When they opened the ceiling it was a pipe that had been leaking & created green MOLD in the dry wall. See photos. When I sent the picture to the building manager she did not own it or apologize which I didnt appreciate. When we moved in, the apartment was FILTHY with the previous tenants hair everywhere in the dryer, shower, carpet. It was disgusting. When another leak in the hvac closet was fixed we found out the air filter for the air we breathe in *only every day* had not been changed before we moved in 19 months ago! Its also very expensive to live here and all you get is noise from residents and children whose parents dont watch them, overflowing trash rooms, certain residents are allowed to monopolize the common areas so no one else can use them and at times LOTS of fire alarms and power and water outages which means you cant enter the garage that you pay $250/month for. Last but not least every residents daily annoyance is the elevator keypad that never works and NEVER gets serviced. Its a trip. Youd think we lived here for free for all the nonsense that we deal with.

There are not enough words to describe how great this property is: its clean, spacious, the maintenance staff is so attentive and kind, the front desk (Duke, Suzette) are an incredible team and always there to greet you and help you. The amenities are so luxurious, awesome gym, theres a movie theatre room (!), beautiful courtyard, very family friendly. For being in the middle of the city (which these apartments are very convenient to pretty much everything in Center City), it is a peaceful building. It feels very safe and I really cant imagine living anywhere else in Center City. My apartment feels so homey, the appliances are brand new, the in-unit washer and dryer is a dream, tall ceilings and doors, just a really sensational place to live. Couldnt recommend 322 more!
