        This place wasnt serious or respectful about our time at all. We got there for our tour today and 20 minutes after our appointment time we had the leave because there was no one at the leasing office. A waste of our time.

        The move in was an easier process because of the dedication and commitment of the office staff at Chestnut Hill tower apartments. The premises were clean. The grounds were beautiful. The view is beautiful. So far I have no complaints. Kudos to Jaden parks who went above and beyond to assist us with this move. Couldn't have got it done without him. The entire team in the management office are approachable, respectable and helpful. Look forward to being a resident in this community

        I currently live at the Tower and while I love my apartment and the amenities, I am not at all pleased with Eaglerock. Some genius somewhere decided it was a good idea to turn off all of the hot water in the building ON THE WEEKEND, on a holiday weekend, in the middle of the cold winter!!!! So NO HOT WATER FOR FIVE DAYS!!!!! COMMON sense ought to tell the person (assuming theyre actually human) that over the weekend is NEVER a good time to work on the boiler. And then to have it shut down for FIVE days! Ridiculous!
