My experience with the folks at Aviras leasing office has been nothing short of stellar. Isabella was incredibly helpful and responsive during our email correspondence. During our visit, May showed us around the new property (which had beautiful, well-appointed apartments and the most expansive amenities floor ever). She was very engaging and professional, and we thoroughly appreciated her attention to detail and patience in answering our questions. Definitely worth considering if youre looking for a place to stay in Philly - the location (very near 30th Street station) and views are superb!

Moving here soon and so far the leasing and concierge team have been accommodating, responsive and pleasant. COI process is a bit intense if you're using movers. The space is beautiful and bright, I mean, everything is brand new so how could it not be? Indoor/Outdoor area and game room are cool. Will update this as time goes on.

I just signed the lease here, until now everything was wonderful. May from the leasing office is so kind, efficient ,and helpful. She was always easy to reach and answered all your questions very clearly. Hope I can have a good year here!

My experience living at Avira has been amazing thus far, especially compared to similar buildings that Ive lived in previously. Alexa from the leasing office is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. She made the process so pleasant, and she was always easy to reach when I had questions. In terms of the building, Ive been impressed with just about everything. The maintenance staff and door people are all very friendly. The apartments are beautiful and well-designed, and the amenities floor has everything you could ever want!

While the apartment complex is beautiful, I'm quite disappointed with how the leasing department handled things. Their promises of free months were unclear in the barrage of emails, and only when I visited their website did the true details emerge. Moreover, as I was finalizing my move to Avira, they last-minute decided to delay move-ins by two months, disrupting my plans for a swift relocation. The unprofessionalism, dismissiveness, and questionable marketing practices make my experience with Avira less than satisfactory.
