  • Stupid apartment. The air conditioner cannot be adjusted by the residents themselves. The apartment adjusts it randomlyIt turns on the cold air when it snows outside, and it turns on the warm air when it is more than 20 degrees outside. Rely on the answer

    Amazed by the efficiency of this apartment. So FAST at punishing me with a fine for leaving the cardbox at the mailroom for just 2 hrs(I just havent got back from school and havent got time to throw it yet, and just within 2 hours I received a fine of 25 dallars Well, still too amazed by its INEFFICIENCY, for the whole- semesters broken dryer with no one can fix it and the all 3 elevators breaking down for almost 24 hours with no one to fix it. The front desk is never gonna answer the phone (for the three times I tried no one time it worked). Its like it takes forever to get through the apartment through phone call or email since nobody is answering.

    Really bad experience. Facilities in this building are always broken. Dryer was fixed after half a year, and you cant imagine how all three elevators stopped working at the same time! Staffs are not helpful at all, they dont know anything when you ask them questions.

    I live on 15th floor but all the elevators stop working for 7 hours by now and it is still not working. I have to go stairs to get back home. No ever emergency management here. No response at all. The most ever terrible management I have ever seen. Really awful experience.

At The Accolade on Chestnut, we strive for 100% satisfaction - I'm so sorry to hear your experience didn't meet that standard. However we must inform you that our policy for our package room is to ensure that we are keeping enough space for everyone else in the community. We have come across multiple residents leaving packages in the package room as trash. Our first step is a verbal warning which is sent in an email to the resident. Once that verbal warning has been sent out any package found empty will result in a fine. Our manager would really like to speak with you about this.
