Good local Latin based appliance shop. Was concerned about them being able to deliver to my second floor in a tight location, but the delivery crew was very professional & took care of it without a scratch! Ordered a new washer & after delivery they replaced a waterline that was clearly broken. So far so good.

This appliance store has wasted three of my precious days on this earth. Do not believe any quoted delivery time, they will be 5hours later than stated. Do not trust when they say they will call you back. Do not rely on them to have the basic tools necessary to do your job. They will charge you extra and block your phone number! Incredibly unprofessional and inefficiently run business. 4/3 Editing to add that this place continues to be horrible. Finally pinned them down for delivery and installation of a smaller dryer. They didnt have any tools necessary to do the job. They claimed the dryer needed bricks/wood to be elevated to reach the exhaust. The dryer came with feet for that purpose. Instead of putting those on they used two by fours. Next they plugged the dryer in the same outlet as the washer. It doesnt even fit right!! Its a fire hazard! Not only that but they again left the old dryer in the basement. They were paid to remove it. Not worth your time, I beg you to go anywhere else. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
