Donald provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to help his clients. I don't know how else to say it but he was born to be an attorney and has an amazing ability to remember facts, work the legal system, and provide you with service that is exceptional. I have heard great things about him and can personally vouch for his performance and reputation. He comes highly recommended !!

I called in regards to a housing issue, we weren't on the phone more than 5 minutes before he was rushing me off the phone. I was not able to fully explain my situation before he made the issue about monies and his retainer fees. The consultation was suppose to be free and I am willing to pay to protect my rights but for a lawyer to be brash and very unprofessional is unfortunate for the legal industry. People are already frustrated that the law is now involved so to speak to someone as if there situation does no matter is very sad and disheartening. I just read this lawyers response, its unfortunate that he has to claim I have mental issues just because he's incompetent. This is someone you don't want respresenting you, I never stated you represented me, we had a consultation and you were unprofessional just in the consultation, you also don't read. Don was incredibly insightful and helpful even before I hired him. His willingness to help guide a random caller over the phone only made me think more highly of him. Circumstances a few months later led to me needing an attorney and I called Don as fast as possible. He was an even more epic help to me and my situation than I could have expected. I highly recommend Don for your legal matters.

Fumbled in court, jumped up and down in court like a child! Missed appointments for meetings to talk about case, didnt call. Obligated to finish a case for specific amount, switched firms and charged 3x the amount which was unlawful as he was obligated to finish regardless of firm. Also tried to charge over 500 for transcripts which he received for free, Public Defender said to file charges at 1701 Market st. and use their name to confirm the transcripts were free. If my husband and I had more time we would file charges and pray he loses his license to practice . I do not recommend Donald at all, completely clueless and charges fees illegally. My husband still has 2 years to file charges and I hope he does. Update as he hast texted my husband and myself asking me to remove this. Harassment added as I had to block him. We are filing charges. Everything written is backed up by his email and texts, good lawyers would know better.
