Eric Pearson was absolutely the most thorough and professional lawyer I've ever dealt with. He was great with communication. He always followed through on his promises. He also made sure to check in with me regarding my case if I hadn't touched base with him after a awhile. Lastly I really appreciate how down to earth he was, which made it easier for me to feel at ease when discussing my situation and dealing with the stress of my case. I highly recommend him for sure.

I HIGHLY recommend Pearson Koutcher Law! I was happy, relieved, and appreciative when they took my case, as it was not an easy one. I've contacted a few attorneys before calling them, and those attorneys did not want to touch my case. Pearson Koutcher took it on with ZERO problem!!! Dave is the best! He listens, he's caring, he's supportive, he's personable, and he assists with getting you the proper care you need when you're injured. Aimee, his assistant and paralegal, is attentive and well-rounded----she was just fantastic. I had great doctors and a wonderful rehab team. I will have to admit that it is a process. My case took about 18 months, but the wait was worth it. I cannot say it wasn't difficult, especially being financially strapped during this time; but, it's reassuring when you have help along the way, as they do as much as possible to help you and keep you abreast of the progress of the case.
