        Great communication and customer service! I purchased an opened, but unused Stokke Tripp Trapp chair from Brianna at a price lower than retail. Unbeknownst to her, the chair was missing a piece required for assembly. I was disappointed and thought I'd have to return the product, but she contacted the manufacturer and was able to find the replacement part and have it shipped from the Netherlands for me. I appreciate her effort to make sure I got the product I asked for!
