TD Bank

1 teller for a huge line on a Tuesday afternoon. Ridiculous. Useless manager watching frustrated people get out of the line and leave instead of jumping behind the counter to help out.

The tellers are nice. But they keep the teller staff low theres always long lines and the people on the desk side are not great with customer service.

There is a black woman in this bank who has a very bad service attitude. Because I am Asian and my English is not good, she is racially biased. When I arrived at 12:30 this morning, I went to the counter to withdraw $5,000 in cash and was told that it was all $20 invoices. , I said that $5000 was actually $20. I was a little unhappy. Every time I went there, this black woman made things difficult for me. When she saw me, she had a bad attitude and deliberately spoke a lot of English. I couldnt answer. , she actually refused to let me withdraw money, refused to serve me, and asked me to withdraw money from another bank nearby. She is really bad!

I visited this branch (19th & Market) to try and make a deposit around 1:15 on Thurs Nov 30th. The lone teller, a younger woman with long braids, saw me and another gentleman waiting. She proceeded to take the longest possible time with her customer, chatting away and moving extra slowly about her business. It was very clear to both me and my fellow customer that she was deliberately ignoring us. When I finally left, without service, I got a very chipper goodbye, which felt, and I do not think I'm wrong, like a little f-u. I have always had a good experience with this bank. This rudeness surprised me. If there is a tape, I know it will bear me out. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior.

This is a terrible branch. I needed to do a domestic wire transfer. Normally a simple process. I was told to sit and wait. 20 minutes later the guy in charge told me he would be right with me. He then proceeded to help other customers who arrived after me. I waited another 25 minutes and someone else arrived who told me she just got back from lunch ( at 11:45). She spent the next few minutes fooling around on the computer. I just decided to go somewhere else. They were very disrespectful of my time.
