I never liked banking in general thought it was so impersonal. UNTIL I went to US Saving Bank and met Nicole and her staff. This is the most pleasant banking experience I could ever have imagined especially as a small business owner and investor. They are always available for you. I wouldn’t bank elsewhere!

Love this bank Ms Nicole is the best. And the tellers are very friendly! This bank has become like family being the partner of a small business owner they always have met our needs.

I've been here for five or so years and the staff is very friendly. Always helpful, willing to go out of their way if they notice an issue. They also have contacted me regarding fraud or other problems in case of transactions that seemed suspicious. I can't stress enough that the great service and awesome gals that work there are the reason this branch has kept me incredibly happy! My only very minor complaint is that in the five years I've been there, they still haven't fixed their broken water fountain.
