        The worst citizens bank branch has been waiting here for 35 minutes and lost the chance to do a wire transfer that is very important for my business. There was only 1 customer care that was on thr phone for a long time I aksed the teller to have someone else help me she said you have to wait with an attitude. You have to wait.
