        Santander Bank is the BEST BANK i have ever been with, and i have been with quite a few! I will always refer my philly people to them, Just need some locations more east of Clementon, NJ

        Very annoyed that this bank branch cleaning service dumps the bank's trash next to the municipal waste cans at Market and 11th instead of properly placing it with commercial trash for private carting. I witnessed an African man and woman dumping the bank's trash there. Even more annoying is that I notified the bank's branch manager and nothing has been corrected. Next step is to call 311 and Dept of Sanitation to wage an official complaint. Clean up your act Santander.

        I came in today feeling very overwhelmed and nervous and Thomas helped me and was incredibly understanding. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain everything he was doing - helped calm my nerves! Thank you Thomas!

        They were incredibly rude to me bc I lost my wallet and didn’t have an address. But despite I had my birth certificate, a dmv paper photo idea and my social security card. They refused for me to take more than a certain amount out despite last time being there I was able to get double. I would cancel my card except for the automated payments and didn’t seem to be willing to work with me even after logging into my Santander app to show them after ALL THE LEGAL INFO I SHOWED. I run my own business but this branch is by far the worst in customer service I have ever met. Shut them down. The were beyond rude, and that’s not me being a Karen, that’s me showing all my legal documents and photo issued paper from the dmv during this point of Transition and they showed no empathy whatsoever
