Metro by T-Mobile

I like Metro PC's and their services they have a variety in plans and phone and their customer service are the best but I don't like their authorized dealer like this one. I visit this stor three times to switch my service provider and each time I'd been their their staff gave me hard time and I leave without doing anything. The staff are not friendly and so lazy staff.

I have told the activation fee for the existing customer is $30 , while metro pcs website says $20, where the 10 dollars extra come from??

Excellent service from Tim! Put him to work today with 3 phone purchases and he was amazing! Helped ask other customers at the same time! Definitely use this location!

Wonderful customer service.! Employee Cory was friendly, answered any and all questions, very patient and treated me very well. My old company was horrible and he helped me come to Metro.!! Will always use this store.!! Highly recommended.!!
