Sprint

Are you and a half ago I changed from Sprint to Verizon. I owed money on the phone because my contract wasnt over. I was paying Sprint then I was turned over to a credit agency where I continued paying every month. But midway in those Payments one credit card, turned it over to another credit card who would call and Text and never sent me a bill with an address therefore I continued paying the first credit agency. I didnt know where to send the money. At one point I told them that I had completed my payments with the first credit. The credit agency that Never sent a bill said that that payment never counted because they Needed to get the money. Now a new credit agency is taken over. The problem with this is sprints. Bill has been paid long ago, but jumping from one credit Agency to the next without a billing address, makes it impossible to make a payment. I blame Sprint for this, the payments were being made regularly to Sprint But once it became T-Mobile, all that reported payment was lost. I will not make payments when that original bill was completed paid for. I am very disappointed and tired of being harassed. Susan Shipley

T mobile bought sprint now it worse take over 20 min half hour talk someone to mobile is trash my phone barely works now I hate it
