        they lie about their hours so they can get out early. states it closes at 8pm either update google or stay open the full time they locked the door in my face at 7pm

        They made it through the economic downturn and still open while most of the stores packed up and left this mall. Most benevolent outcomes for everyone at Forever 21 now. Thank you.

        Went on a friday for the 50% off sale long line wrapped around corner and I saw the Store manager did not help move the line at all and just stood on the side in shoes, just texted on her phone. Only 1 cashier Unacceptable decided to leave. I gave it another try and the store looked very messy. Couldn't find any help to get my pick up. Was told need a manager and she made me wait 40 minutes til they found her and it ended up being the Store MANAGER AGAIN!! She came with an attitude. Horrible customer service and Management!
