Phone Repair Philly

I went to get my daughters screen repaired and they broke something else in the process which made the phone useless. It kept turning off about every 30 seconds. They sent me to a different location (to the owners location in Northern Liberties) and he couldnt fix it either. His only solution was that he would replace her phone with a used one he had laying around the shop that was an older version of the one she had. Unacceptable, right? I told him so, and he said that he couldnt afford to replace her phone with a brand new one. We had to replace the phone out of pocket at the Verizon store: $842. It was a terrible experience, obviously.

This place is awesome for iPhone screen repairs. Im shocked at how great this experience was, especially after going to a different place first, waiting an hour just to be told to come back the next day - and they were gonna charge me twice as much as this place. I made an appt online (Im sure you could just walk in, but the technician had all the tools out waiting for me!). The tech was really friendly and explained my options and didnt try to upsell me. The repair took literally under 10 minutes and it looks and works great. Also got a free screen protector. And theres a 30 day warranty. It cost 80 bucks. Other places quoted me 140, 120. There are a couple negative reviews on here that gave me pause but idk what the heck theyre talking about. This place rules lol
