Possibly the most shady law firm in The United States. I recieved a random charge on Saturday that was labeled as "legal order", I call my bank they give me the law firms number, and when I called the lawfirm, they had no clue who I was, did not recognize the docket number, and kept trying to push me off the phone. Currently looking into legal action i could take against this negligent law firm

In hindsight, I regret not thoroughly looking at reviews prior to engaging legal representation here. My experience with David has led me to conclude that he does not meet the standards expected of a competent lawyer. His tendency to over promise and under deliver, coupled with a lack of transparency and professionalism, has left me dissatisfied. David talks too much for his own good. Despite initial assurances to pursue the case to its full extent, the decision to settle was ultimately influenced by his insistence and apparent desire to close the case. Imagine being in a dire circumstance, and realizing that your legal representative is aligned with the opposing counsel. Very overwhelming and disheartening situation.

I would expect more professionalism from a person with this much experience. Nothing but snarky comments & sarcastic remarks when I talked on the phone with him. There are better attorneys out there that will treat you with dignity & I wouldnt recommend anyone to waste a single dime with this firm.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I called David Denenberg for a consultation and was completely disrespected. As soon as I got on the phone I felt rushed. I was talked down to as if I were a child who didnt know anything. He cut me off multiple times and spoke with an irritated tone. I had no prior communication with this man and was actually referred to him. I still tried to ignore his off-put comments and explain the situation to him and he cut me off again saying that if I dont have time because Im at work then I can just go because Im talking a mile a minute and he doesnt understand. This would have been fine for him to say had he said it respectfully, but he didnt. So i gave up and asked him what was the problem that he couldnt just be kind and respectful towards me and he hung up in my face. I was not escalated at all during the call, again Im at work but Im not rushed here, just doing computer work. I was talking fast because he made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. This man is extremely rude and I dont understand what I personally couldve done for him to treat me like that as if he knew me at all .
