Appointment time was 1:15 and didn’t see the doctor until 3:00. The medical assistant by the name of Tracy was extremely rude and obnoxious. When asked how long before I see the doctor she told me to just leave.

I had a wonderful experience at this practice. They were friendly, fast and accommodating.
My medication that completely cleared my psoriasis on my body only came to me because my dermatologist fought for me with my insurance company.
They really seem to care.
I am very satisfied 😄

I’ve been dealing with psoriasis and my medication ran out I’ve been calling for about a month now trying to get My prescription refilled. It should not take several calls and nothing to happen for me to make this post. Is there any good dermatologist in Philadelphia who has time to care for their patients? My skin doesn’t feel like it belongs to me anymore.

It's always a 1 hour wait or more. I took off work early to get to my appointment on time. I lost an hour and a half of pay just to sit in their waiting room way past my appointment time. Happens every time, I'm thinking of getting a new derm. Not worth it. It's worth it to go somewhere else that has a shorter wait time.

I cannot say enough positives about Dr. Roman Bronfenbrener who I was referred to as a result of a rash that followed a stem cell transplant in July. His care was tremendous. Even though I didn't have immediate relief from the itching that was quite intense, Dr. Bronfenbrener kept in close contact with me, making adjustments with medications and continued to be encouraging until I began to experience relief. I am glad to say that the itching has been under control for a few weeks now, and I am beginning to taper off from the medications. Thank you, Dr. Roman!
