Couldnt even get through to make an appointment. The first few times I called I kept being directed to get a free medical device. The fourth time I was hung up on and the fifth time I was told the number wasnt in my area.

In my personal experience, the dermatologist I spoke with was very rude, uncaring, and incompetent. I asked several questions concerning any side effects to the procedure but he brushed it aside and simply ignored me. Horrible Experience will not return here in the future.

Reading through some of the negative reviews inspired me to write a 5 star review. I have had such positive experiences with the staff and doctors at Jefferson Dermatology. Appointments are easy to schedule through the patient portal, and I was able to get an appointment within days while some other dermatologists seems to have waiting times of six months or more. I had zero wait time for my appointment. The offices were clean and extremely safe. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Neda Nikbakht is a superstar! I took a family member to her for keloids, which are notoriously difficult to treat in black people. While other dermatologists were talking about surgery - which is extremely painful and could cause major rebounds - Dr. Nikbakht suggested cryotherapy - freezing them off. Well, it has worked, and the danged things are almost completely gone! In addition to the successful results, her "bedside manner" is exemplary. I give her Keloid Clinic my highest and unreserved recommendation!

Sitting for 4 hours in a waiting room just because I was 15 minutes late to an appointment is absurd. I know we all have things to do regardless of being late or not, but even after questioning staff for a further appointment, had gotten me no response. My last day at this facility for sure.
