        The pepboys here is trash. Not a lot of people here and had to wait an hr to check in because Noone is in office. Informed from broker FCFS and they lady in shipping said I have 10am delivery can can't touch my freight till then. While Noone is in any of their docks. The lady in shipping and receiving is rude and acts like she doesn't care about her job.

        I was borrowing my mom's car, which hadn't been driven in at least a year, when it started raining. Of course the wipers were trashed. I went to the nearest Pep Boys I could find to get some new ones. The young man behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful. He found the correct wipers in the price range I wanted. After I finished paying he explained how to install them and even said if I had any trouble to come back in and get him and he would help. The wipers were very easy to install, even in a light rain. Very happy with the excellent service at this Pep Boys!
