        The staffs complaining about patient and their families without any care that the patient can hear them. Absolutely unprofessional and no compassion for patient in distress. Inaccurate Covid tests which I confirmed w/ another Lab, I was given a false positive. The manager and administrator does not have power to get their staff to do the right thing. They got my address wrong; even when I DID gave my correct address and showed my PA ID. My bills been going to another address which means a stranger saw my personal info, which means total breech of HIPAA. Also, I never knew about the bill till by random, I logged in to MyPenn apps, bill was already due. Billing department saying 40 days to process w/insurance, risking collection. Any other reason NOT to go to this hospital? NEVER got to this Hospital!!!!!!!

        The worst hospital ever always has been and the reputation continues. The doctors and nurses are uncaring and doesn't listen to there patients. They are not welcoming whatsoever. Went to a different hospital see the difference.

        I went in the emergency room and I got there at 5pm nobody never seen me all of the employees was sitting around talking amongst themselves. It was flies everywhere. The house keeper was sitting in the room when I got there eating and talking on the phone. Nobody never came to my room. This hospital is the worse never go to this hospital. They will let you sit and sit and die.         As I'm laying in this bed now I'm being denied medication for extreme pain after miscarriage. I'm just being discharged with no help after an inexperienced nurse hurt me with one of her tools then blamed it on me. The f-in nerve!
