        Terrible staff. Not even trying to help with anything but only sticking to their damn scripts and transferring you from one person to another instead of trying to help. I only tried to schedule my annual check up and it was much more challenging than anticipated, and at the end of the day - was not even successful... I'm switching to another facility and I will recommend you to that as well. This one is really NOT recommended.

        The receptionist is unethical- biased-racist witch! The drs are no better. I had a sick visit scheduled for 1:30pm an initial appt for a 3 car collision accident in which I was severely dismantled. The receptionist never checked me in & the drs until this very moment have me waiting still without any reasonings. Im in extreme pain & discomfort and am just sobbing as Im typing this. As a healthcare professional I have never been so discriminated upon by my own PCP staff or Drs. Im reporting their unethical behaviors to the state. A dog would have been treated better than me.
