This place has really went down to the dogs. Customer Service is nonexistent. They are rude and they dont care about your time. Manager doesnt care either; they hide and collect a paycheck for that disgusting lobby that needs to be cleaned and there are no seats. Close the store down if you dont wanna work.

Walked to this location last night, from my hotel. I arrived at approx 8:30pm. The signage on the window and the website says they close at 9pm. However, the doors were already locked and they were closed. There were still employees and security in the store, they still turned several potential customers away. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

Terrible location that terrorizes their neighbors. About once a month their fire alarm will go off all night. They do not do anything to fix this. Do not use this location!

Awful experience at this cvs store. The supervisor or manager name ??? was extremely unprofessional and rude to a costumer. This was long time ago I wait 30 minutes and after my turn nobody shows up. They not understand the customer time and Value and I asked why im waiting long here? He answered me sorry for your waiting someone will help you shortly even waiting more than 40 minutes. As the supervisor of this place that was definitively not the example he is giving to the staff he is leading. Such a shame. Will never come to this cvs guy s think or see the reviews before transferring your prescription.
