Great customer service. Excellent work advisors that help you with various issues hindering joyful continuous employment whether entering the job field after years of being a care taker, new career path or transitioning through lifes hardships ...... etc. My work advisor is also a life coach which adds genuinely to her overall delivery of methods for independence to her clients. I've benefited so much from them and I have only been there for two months.

This place is a great place to find training, education, and employment. And various other help. You have to try it yourself you won't be disappointed.

This place is the WORST, it is the epitome of what is wrong with the "system ". A young man sat me in front of a computer and just left me there with no instruction or direction. Everytime I went to speak his reply was " I know I know " and he would proceed to pretty much ignore me. This is the first time in 30 years that I have been unemployed and thought that by now the formula for the unemployment office would be better. If they're short handed ( which makes no sense) they have an infinite pool of people who would be willing to work. This is a shame and should be revamped, from the offices to the horrible websites and "portals " they have.
