Stay away from this company because they retain people like Kevin!!! Do yourself a favor and find any another recruiter. Working with this company cost me 2 $100,000 dollar offers from different companies. Be warned these recruiters work for the companies and not you. Consequently, your interests will not be protected and they will waste your time without even a reply email. The personal relationships he has at these companies makes him an ineffective recruiter because he values their business more than preforming his duties as a recruiter. Coincidentally, got set up with another recruiter at a better agency and the difference is night and day. In closing, a lot of their company reviews look fake. I would do a little digging and see if these are actually employees leaving reviews. Probably.

I am not a fan of bad reviews . but honesty is key (I will not post the names of the 2 individuals I worked with .but here it goes). When I first started looking for a position, I was eager and had offers other places but I was not interested in contract to hire work anymore. What I noticed was that the recruiter I was assigned to would redirect me from positions. Now, I know you may be thinking were you qualified , but I am speaking of being redirected every single time! For example, a job says 3 years of HR experience, I would reach out and say I have more than that and an MBA! She would ALWAYS come back and say I spoke with the person hiring for this position and now they need 8-10 years. The first two times I said okay. But after the 4/5th time I said something isnt right. I spoke to HR and they gave me a new recruiter on the team . Well, guess what? She was nicer but she kept doing the same thing! I mean changing what was needed drastically from what was posted. The job would say 5 years and she would come back and say no its actually 10. The same way the other recruiter did . Coincidence? Of course not! My conclusion was ,either the people that posted the positions need to do better in assuring accuracy beforehand . or some just have their mind made up on who they already feel deserves the job. From an HR perspective, I would be very careful about this and make sure when the team deviates from what it is posted so drastically that they change the post or one could be left to assume discrimination is at hand. That is all!

The team at Juno is one of the most positive, supportive and professional that i've worked with in my 15+ year career. I was placed in a unique contractor role through Juno and also alongside Juno colleagues. They are dedicated, fun, knowledgeable and super team-oriented; this is echoed in the founder's involvement as well. I would definitely work with this company again in the future.
